Hellsnails does not accept returns. If something is wrong with your nails, please reach out and we will discuss a solution. Refer to the ‘Refund and Dispute Policies’ section for more details.

A partial or full refund may be warranted ONLY if the customer can provide proof of the damage. The best way to do this would be to send a clear image of the issue.
Contact me via any of the methods on the ‘Home’ page and we will work together to find a solution.
NOTE: Refunds are only offered if the nails have never been worn and arrived pre-damaged.
It should be noted that nail sets may show signs of wear after multiple uses. Meaning, if you have already put on the nails, a refund will not be provided.
If you glue your nails on and they do not fit as intended, contact me and we will work out a solution. Likely, this will require a small fee for resizing and fixing the ill fitting nails.

If you decide you do not want your custom set, please contact me ASAP after your order was submitted. This way, we can both save time and money.
NOTE: I cannot offer a refund for the sizing kit.

I intend to keep all of my customers safe.
I use gel polish, builder gel, and charm glue for a lot of my sets. Also, nail glue is included in each prep-kit, which some people have reactions to. If you are allergic to any of these products, refrain from purchasing.
If you have never worn press-ons or are unaware of any allergies, please research common ingredients found in the listed products. Some people may have serious reactions to the chemical ingredients.

All holiday sets go on sale when they are out of season. However, these sales do not last forever. Expect to see the original prices when they are back in season.
